This 10 minute DVD provides an excellent introduction to sensory integration theory and intervention and the emotional impact of sensory procesisng disorder (SPD).  A child and adult with SPD and parents describe what the problems are like to live with. Accompanying footage of therapeutic intervention, the positive outcomes acheived with therapy are also shared. 

Filmed by The SPIRAL Foundation with Dr. Jane Koomar, Ph.D, OTR/L, FAOTA and Anne Trecker, MS, OTR/L. A brief 3 minute condensed version is also included which highlights the SPIRAL Foundation's work on research and education in sensory processing disorder.
