Our Hand Patches are a small weight system for the hand, wrist and entire arm. Unlike other wrist weights, our Hand Patches only cover of the back of the hand and are held in place by a thumb and wrist strap. The unique design allows constant proprioceptive feedback, regardless of the hand, wrist or arm position.
