In less than 20 minutes, it explains why some students may have difficulty with physical coordination, are sensitive to light, sound, or touch, have spells of challenging behaviors, and are unable to focus. It shows how simple activities that promote self-regulation can lead to greater attention, balance, and higher effectiveness in students.

Please check the video/dvd player formats used in your country. Our videos (VHS) and dvds are formatted for use in North America. DVD's will work on all computers with the proper software installed to play a dvd.

The PAL format is more commonly used in Europe.
