TheraBand tubing is great for hand therapy, upper extremity stregthening, and Oral motor activities. Just cut a length from the roll and tie a simple knot to form a loop. Comes in 100 foot rolls and has its own dispenser box.

The order of resistance, from easiest to heaviest, is YELLOW - RED - GREEN - BLUE - BLACK - GREY.

Smaller sample packs are also available in light or heavy resistance.  Light Pack contains 6 foot lengths of red, green, and blue.  Heavy Pack contains 6 foot lengths of black and grey.
