This simple but innovative device uses adjustable tension to provide assistive range of motion during various functional activities.  The amount of assist is easily selected with just the turn of a knob.  the pulley and cuff system allows for seamless 3-dimensional movement.  A heavier spring balancer is available for lower extremity activities.
