The Airex® Balance Beam and Pad have proven effective for rehabilitation and therapy.  They are manufactured from closed-cell, ultra soft specialty foam, that gently compresses as you stand on it.  Exercises should be done barefoot.  Both the balance beam and pad can be used indoors, outdoors, or even in the water.  They can be used in programs that work on the improvement of coordination, reaction, flexibility, balance and stamina.
