Therapists asked us for a positioning device to aid gravitationally insecure & lower functioning clients, while working on our scooter board. This padded, contoured backrest comes complete with two soft straps to help aid in positioning, and attaches easily to all of Southpaw's scooter boards. It can be attached from within 6" of the front to the back of the board.
