Statement of Policy
Southpaw Enterprises, Inc. equipment is designed and manufactured only for supervised treatment activities.  This equipment must not be used for recreation or any unsupervised or unrecommended activity.  It is the Therapist’s complete and total responsibility to see that the equipment is safely suspended, used appropriately, and removed and stored when not in use.  Southpaw Enterprises equipment is not to be altered, modified, or changed in any fashion.  Instruction sheets are included with each piece of equipment and are critical to your understanding and safe use of the equipment.  If you have lost or misplaced instruction sheets from previously ordered pieces of equipment, call us and we will gladly send you new copies at no charge.

Hours of Business

We’re available to take your calls from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time Monday through Friday.  During these times, we will have someone available to take your orders, answer questions, or help with any problems.  If you need to call at other times, you can leave a message on our voicemail system and we’ll call you back the following business day. Prices and Specifications

When your order arrives, we try to ship the latest model available at the current price.  If a change is necessary, you will be notified in advance. All prices are subject to change without notice. Some modifications may occur.

Credit Policy

For your convenience, you may pay by check or with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover when you place your order. 

Southpaw is happy to extend credit to qualifying customers. You may call 1-800-228-1698 or visit our web site for a credit application.  Hospitals, government agencies and public schools are not required to complete an application.

Our credit terms are Net 30 days after which a 1% per month service charge will be added to the account. Southpaw does not ship COD.

If you are an Ohio exempt organization, we will need to receive a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate before we ship your order.  The certificate may be mailed or faxed to 937-258-4392.   

Canadian Customers

Canadian Customers may order directly from Southpaw. Canadian orders must be paid in US dollars. Please add 21% to each order for shipping and handling. Northwest Territories must call for quote. PLEASE NOTE:  Brokerage charges, GST taxes and duty are not included in our prices or shipping and handling.
